Our last challenge group lost a cumulative 28% body fat and nearly 80 pounds!!!!

Because of the support, accountability and motivation we give, everyone found success! They adjusted the way they ate and increased their activity level. By using free weights, getting in cardio, stretching in yoga and eating healthy, the group was very happy with how they felt and looked!
