Our basis is functional training in order to achieve mind and body transformation. To us, functional training is creating work outs that make sense.  We want the exercises to support your daily functionality. The main idea is to provide workouts that suite the individual rather than having a one-size-fits-all mentality.

 A vital part to that individuality is to have a private intake session for each client we work with, whether you do personal training or group classes. This intake session includes body measurements/body fat percentage, assessment testing and in depth discussion of your specific goals and health history. How can the trainer help you achieve your goals when they don’t even know what they are or any of your history?

 It is also key that each person walks away feeling successful, not distraught, and that they are not incredibly sore. We want our clients to feel good! Safety is also vital in our training so we are always coaching proper alignment and form. We have constant communication with you to ensure you are feeling the exercise in the right area.

We specialize in working with people who are newer to exercise. There are many places that cater to premier athletes, but we cater to those who want to be fit and feel good in their daily life. Being fit means being strong, having good balance, being flexible, and feeling great.  We understand what it is like being overweight, not knowing where to start and to lack confidence. We will help you build your confidence, lose weight and understand how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Group Classes are a great way to stay active all week long. We offer 30 minute classes during different day parts so that you can make one before or after work. We are a community of like-minded people that will support each other in getting back in shape and feeling great!

 Personal training is the best way to get undivided attention-where you can ask as many questions as you need. You get specialized workouts that are created for you based on your needs! After all, your workouts should be supportive of your goals and your limitations should be considered.

Our training studio is 3,000 square feet that has fantastic energy and large windows for beautiful natural lighting! We carry a variety of equipment to help your training along. By incorporating dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, TRX, body weight exercises, and various cardio workouts, you will not get bored and your body will always be adapting to build itself stronger! Your workouts will change up consistently so that the body can keep guessing.

And of course we have FUN! A sense of humor goes a long way, as well as being personable. We create relationships with our clients! Your session and training should be enjoyable, fun, inspirational and motivating. We will help to create that energy for you and with you!
